What do I do if I'm not going to be home when my order is being delivered?
For successful delivery of your parcel, it's important to have someone available to receive it as a signature may be required. If this isn't possible, our delivery partner will usually try to deliver more than once.
When it's delivered, they'll leave a card or send you a notification about whether they've left it with a neighbour or in a safe place. In case it wasn't delivered, your calling card will let you know when it'll be rescheduled or where to collect it.
