What do I do if something was missing from my order?

We're sorry there's an item missing from your order. The items you ordered may have been out of stock - it's worth checking your emails (including junk/spam folder) to see if we've sent you an email about this.


If you haven't had an email regarding this and your items are on your despatch email but haven't arrived, please contact us and we will be happy to look into this for you.


If you have an item missing from your order, please contact us via the contact form within 30 days of your order being delivered and we’ll do our best to help you.
