I've received an incorrect item, what do I do?

We want to sort out any issues with incorrect items straight away.

If one of the items you received isn't what you ordered, please send it back to us. Click here to create a returns label through ReBound.

Please select ‘Incorrect’ when asked for a reason for your return and provide more info about it.

Don't forget to print your return form and include it in your parcel, and keep hold of your proof of postage in case we need to look at it further down the line. 

If we sent you the wrong item we won't charge you the returns fee (£2). 

Please note: we are unable to send replacements for incorrect items.
